Ganesan Builders has excellent relationship with its employees. They are well trained in their work assigned and they contribute maximum output to the prospects of the company. Classes and workshops are conducted on a weekly basis for the senior engineers and their work force in association with Anna University. GBL offers insurance policy for the welfare of the employees and workmen. While employees are covered under group personal accident and medi-claim insurance scheme, the workmen are covered under the workmen compensation insurance policy.
